The past twelve months have been interesting and exciting for the entire team at Heritage Roofing & Construction. In November of 2016, we became a GAF Master Elite. While to some this term may be Latin, to us it’s the ultimate ‘Gold Star.’ Only the top 3% of the market is able to hold this distinction, and we are now recognized as a part of that top 3%.
While there are many contributing factors that have allowed us to achieve the title of a GAF Master Elite, here are what we consider to be the top three:
- Quality: Above all else, we strive to provide both the highest-quality products and the highest-quality customer experience. Our success is shown through the feedback we get from our happy customers, consistent customer referrals, and recognition by industry professionals.
- Commitment to education: We are committed to growth from within, and believe to grow as a company, we must have a strong foundation. That foundation is education. Through our partnership with GAF, we’ve been able to further develop our education curriculum. This means that all Heritage Roofing & Construction employees receive certification directly from the manufacturer, providing them with the knowledge necessary to provide the quality for which we are known.
- Our outstanding crew: We have a core team of craftsmen that are not only the best at what they do, but they also take real pride in doing their best work each and every day. It’s our fantastic crew that allows us to stand behind our work 100%. Without them we would not be where we are today.
Our top two foreman, Jeff Koefod and Dana Koefod, embody our company values through their quality work and commitment to training others. We have many other fantastic employees, and we recognize that we are lucky to have them. In addition to our newly earned GAF Master Elite status, in the past few months we’ve also received a Training Excellence Award and have become Certified Green Roofers. We have long-term goals for continued development that we are still working to achieve, but have been pleased with the sustainable growth we’ve seen as a company over the past year. As we grow, we are committed to sticking with the things that have made us so successful thus far: our commitment to quality, our dedication to education, and our outstanding crew.
